The round-shaped USB interface cable has inside 4 conductive copper cores with the same cross-section of 28 AWG and stranded construction (7x0.12 mm), which simplifies routing and soldering. Conductors made of high-purity oxygen-free copper ensure stable data transmission at speeds up to 480 Mbit/s and low-current power supply (at currents up to 0.8 A).
Thanks to its stranded construction, the cable is resistant to repeated bending, does not deform when twisted, is easily laid in confined spaces, providing flexibility and durability. The overall outer diameter of 4.0mm is ideal for standard USB connectors, heat shrink tubing, and cable glands. The outer sheath made of environmentally friendly PVC is resistant to abrasion, oil, and temperature changes. The cable provides thermal resistance of 80ºC, and specialized additives in its composition allow it to be used even at low temperatures down to -20 degrees.
